Ruth Arthur (Owner/Designer)

Ruth has over 30 years experience owning her own flower shop. She remembers being a motel maid when she saw an ad in the paper for a floral designer and applied. After working in two different shops she decided to start a family and got a part time job as a secretary. All the while she missed what she loved, working in a floral shop. She opened a shop out of her home and sold flowers on her coffee breaks at UW where she continued to work as a secretary. It wasn't long until she realized it was time to open her own shop full time. After 5 years she sold her first shop and did the mommy thing. Once again she missed what she loved and took over operations at Fresh Flower Fantasy from her friend Linda after she, her daughter and Ruth's daughter had been in a very bad car accident. When it was evident Linda would not fully recover Ruth purchased Fresh Flower Fantasy and began building her new business. Ruth says it has been a fun filled adventure with the highlight being winning the Minority Retail Firm of the Year for the entire United States. Traveling with her husband Steve to Washington DC to receive the award was a wonderful experience and then she arrived home and won the Small Business Award for the state of Wyoming. Ruth is an award winning designer with an incredible skill to know what the customer wants. In addition to floral design she also does full wedding planning and consultations. Ruth is co-chair of Freedom Has A Birthday, member of Cow-belles, Centennial Valley Community Church and Laramie Chamber of Commerce. She works with youth at risk and volunteers at the Community Care Center for the elderly as well as numerous other non profit involvement. Ruth has three daughters, a son and two beautiful grandsons, Wyatt and Stephen.

Jamie French (Manager/Designer)

Jamie is the daughter of Ruth--her parents own a Ranch in the Little Laramie Valley and it was the furthest thought from their mind that Jamie would ever work in the flower shop. She loves the ranch and ranch work. She spent time traveling the country as a professional singer. After releasing two albums, she met and married attorney George French and two years later added Little Wyatt to the family. They live at the family ranch and continue to work at the ranch as well as their full time jobs. Jamie is an artist and brings great design ability as well as artistic thinking. Her work as the shop manager allows her to be creative in her fresh flower orders as well as in the fabulous designs she creates. Jamie also takes care of updating face book, our web site and creative advertising.

Jamie Munn (Designer)

Jamie Munn joined our staff in 2007 when she and her family moved from Michigan to Wyoming. She has worked as a floral designer for over 5 years and brings experience and creativity to our staff. She is an ex-military girl with a no nonsense attitude. She is the mother of 2 children and a golden retriever. Jamie specializes in recreating our web designs. Jamie has been with us for over a year and is our lead designer.

Carissa Utke (Front Counter/ Designer)

Carissa moved to Laramie from Lander, Wyoming where her parents still reside. She attended the University of Wyoming receiving a degree in Botany, before spending 18 months working at a flower shop in Lander. She returned to Laramie joining our staff in January of 2009 as our " sales clerk." Since then we have learned she also has design ability and never ceases to amaze us. She is usually the first person the customer will speak with and always glad to brain storm or make suggestions to make every sale easy for the customer.

Jerry Coca (Delivery Driver)

Jerry has been with us for over 6 years. He is a long time Laramie resident and loves to deliver smiles to all of Laramie. Jerry has a huge family and always welcomes more! You will never find a kinder man and we feel very privileged to have him work for us.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $7.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

For deliveries to Centennial, Rock River and Medicine Bow the delivery fee is $50.00.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemetaries cannot be guaranteed same day.

Orders placed on Major Holidays will not be guarenteed same day delivery.

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
